Master Plumber
Joe has been in the plumbing industry since 1982 and founded Total Plumbing Solutions in 2007. With more than 40 years of experience, he is dedicated to training the next generation of plumbers and ensuring every service reflects TPS’s guiding motto: “Service not measured by gold, but by the Golden Rule.” Joe’s leadership and expertise have made TPS a trusted name for plumbing services across North Central Texas.
Joanna Martin
Operations Manager
Joanna joined TPS in March 2022 and serves as the Office Administrator. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and brings extensive experience in bookkeeping and office management. Joanna plays a key role in keeping operations organized and efficient, ensuring the TPS team can stay focused on providing top-quality plumbing services to customers across North Central Texas.
Gerardo Aranda
Journeyman
Gerardo has been part of the TPS team for 19 years, beginning his career as a helper alongside Joe.
He is now pursuing his Master Plumber’s license and is recognized for his extensive expertise in gas line and sewer line replacements, as well as operating
large-scale plumbing equipment. Gerardo’s dedication and experience make him a trusted resource for both our customers and the team.
Jeremy Pierce
Tradesman
Jeremy joined TPS in February 2024 as a Tradesman Plumber, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the team. He began his plumbing career in 2009 and earned his license in 2011. Currently pursuing his Journeyman license, Jeremy is highly skilled in
advanced plumbing systems and complex repair
work, making him a valuable resource for both residential and commercial projects.
Christopher Mitchell
Journeyman
Chris joined TPS in 2019, working alongside Joe and Gerardo. He holds a Journeyman license. Chris specializes in diagnosing and repairing drain stop-ups, household plumbing installations, sewer line replacements, hot water hydro jetting, and operating heavy plumbing equipment. His skills and dedication ensure customers receive efficient, high-quality service every time.

Joe Gillispie, the driving force behind TPS, brings over three decades of experience in the mechanical and plumbing industry. His journey began as a helper at a small mechanical firm, and over the years he gained expertise in sewer line installation, hydro jetting, water distribution systems, and tankless water heaters. Today, Joe leads TPS with integrity, guided by the Golden Rule.
